Welcome to Your Yoga Journey

A space to slow down, reconnect, and return to yourself.

My offerings weave together traditional yoga, breathwork, sound and ritual — practices designed to support both the body and the nervous system. Whether you’re seeking strength, softness, stillness, or simply time to breathe, each class is created to meet you where you are.

Based in East Gippsland, Victoria, classes are taught with care and intention, offering a range of practices — from deeply nourishing yin and longer-held restorative classes to vinyasa classes, always blending mindful flow and functional movement. Some classes lean into stillness and restoration, while others explore a more dynamic, flowing pace, always balanced with moments of pause, breath and awareness.

From weekly classes to immersive retreats and special events, this is an invitation to step out of the noise and into presence.

Choose the offering that feels right for you — weekly classes, special events, or immersive retreat experiences.

No prior yoga experience is required — all classes are guided with options and invitations to move at your own pace.

Let me introduce myself.

Welcome, my name is Melanie.

I was first drawn to yoga out of curiosity, but as I began attending classes, I quickly realised there was something much deeper within the practice that I wanted to understand. Beyond the physical benefits, yoga offered a sense of calm, clarity and connection that profoundly shaped my life.

I completed my first yoga teacher training in 2021. While it provided a beautiful and broad foundation, I soon realised we were only just scratching the surface — which inspired me to continue deepening my studies. Through this journey, it became clear that I wanted to share this practice with others.

I believe every body benefits from not only mindful movement, but also from practices that support the nervous system. This belief has guided the way I teach and the spaces I create.
