Bhava Rituals yoga retreat exceeded my expectations in every way. The classes were a perfect mix of gentle and challenging. The other activities were interesting and accessible. The breath work especially was a revelation that I’ll take into my everyday life. The location was lovely and the food exceptional. A bonus was connecting with such beautiful women. The best investment I have made in myself in a long time. I can’t recommend highly enough, l look forward to the next one.
