This retreat is for anyone seeking rest, grounding and reconnection.

For anyone feeling stretched thin, craving rest, or wanting to reconnect with themselves away from the noise of everyday life. Whether you’re new to yoga or already in your practice, this weekend offers a supportive space to unwind, reset your nervous system and reconnect with your inner world through movement, breathwork, stillness and deep rest.

Across three days with nourishing food and nature, you’ll be guided back into your body, your breath, and your own inner rhythm.

What to expect.

A weekend created for rest + renewal

Set on the tranquil waterfront at Wattle Point Retreat, this immersion has been designed to gently reset your body, mind and nervous system. Across the weekend you’ll experience a blend of yoga, breathwork, meditation, journaling, restorative sound and delicious chef-prepared meals — all held within a peaceful bush and lakeside sanctuary.

Expect a balance of:

  • Morning flow practices to energise and wake the body

  • Evening yin + restorative yoga to soften and unwind

  • Guided breathwork + meditations

  • Journaling sessions to create clarity and intention

  • Sound baths woven throughout the weekend

  • Ample free time to walk, rest, soak in the spa, read, swim, or simply do nothing.

Where You’ll Be Staying

Your retreat weekend takes place at Wattle Point Retreat, a peaceful waterfront sanctuary on the Gippsland Lakes. Surrounded by native bushland, still water and quiet walking tracks, it’s the perfect place to slow down, breathe deeply and reconnect with yourself. You’ll stay in warm, cosy cabins scattered throughout the property. Each cabin has one private and one shared room, they are heated, comfortable and designed for rest in the cooler months.

Nourishment Throughout the Weekend

All meals will be prepared by Ashley, a warm and intuitive chef known for creating deeply nourishing, seasonal food with love and care. Expect grounding winter breakfasts, wholesome lunches and delicious, comforting dinners — all vegetarian and designed to support energy, digestion and rest.

Herbal teas will be available throughout the day, and meals can be adjusted to suit all dietary needs.

Payment Schedule

To help you plan ahead, the remaining balance can be paid in two clear stages:

  • 50% of the remaining balance due: 31 March 2026

  • Final payment due: 31 May 2026

Not at all. All levels are welcome, and everything can be adapted.

Can I come alone?

Absolutely — most guests come solo and leave with new connections.

What should I bring?

Warm comfortable clothing, water bottle, swimwear, and any personal items.

Are dietary requirements catered for?

Yes — all dietary needs can be accommodated.

What time does the retreat start and finish?

Accommodation check-in is available from 3:00pm, with our first group session commencing at 4:00pm at the conference centre.

The retreat concludes on Sunday at approximately 2:00pm.
